How to convert raw files from Agilent ChemStation for processing in Byos

 
Agilent ChemStation data files can be converted to MassHunter format, which is supported in Byos. (Raw files direct from Agilent ChemStation software are not supported.)

Agilent provides free software that can be used to convert the files. The ChemStation to MassHunter Data File Translator Utility can be downloaded using this link:

Once the files have been converted, they can be processed in Byos in the same way as any MasssHunter files.
