This article describes how to configure your pivot table to display disulfide linkage data with base and partner peptide locations.
Steps:
- From the Byos report, open the File/Presets/Pre pivot column options then select the DisulfideLinkedPeptide.prepvtjs.
- You'll be prompted to name the column e.g. Linked Peptides. Once named, the new column field will be available in the list of available fields on the left.
- Drag the new column field into the right hand column in the order that you want it to appear in the table.
- The column will populate with disulfide linkage information for each relevant peptide row. Each cell displays the pairing between the base protein and its partner protein, formatted with the amino acid range for each.
