It is possible to display undetected peptides in both peptide and chromatogram reports.
To enable this feature, select the Project/Inspection tab and then select Edit > Show undetected digest peptides in report.
This will result in a new label “ND” being added in the Peak Comment column (Note: For Peptide Analysis, the Comment column has this new label “ND”). In the below figure, the peptides in the Sequence column are all undetected, as the Peak Comment for those peptides are labeled “ND”:

NOTE: The Comment and Peak Comment columns can be added to the pivot table by selecting the show configuration option (top left of report) and dragging the fields from the left hand panel into the appropriate position in the pivot table.
Columns for Start AA, End AA, and CalcM may also be reported for the undetected peptides.
