Inclusion lists can be a useful time saving tool for peptide searches. They restrict the peptide searches to signals that match the presented entries within a CSV file. This allows for much more promiscuous (e.g. Wildcard) search spaces without wasting computational time on MS2 scans that do not match the criteria.
To setup a precursor inclusion list, the following items must be contained within the CSV with the exact spelling for the column headers:
