How do I run multiple searches via the Batcher?

The Batcher application allows the user to run multiple Byonic or Preview parameter and sample files as
a single batch submission.

1. Save a Byonic parameters (*.byparms file):
   

2. In Batcher, click Add tasks:
   

3. In the drop-down menu, choose Single parameter file with Multiple Data Files. Browse for the *.byparms file you saved in Step 1 and click Open:
   

4. Browse for, or drag and drop raw data files into the Browse:
   

5. Click OK
6. Click Start run to start processing
