Cases arise where it might be desirable to use multiple deconvolution parameters for the same spectrum. These cases include optimization for comparing the results of these differences, or in cases with an large mass range it may be desirable to use one setting set for the low range of a spectrum and another for the high.
To accomplish this we will create a duplicate peak of the same peak integration range. First, note the start and end times of the peak of interest. Then select Add Peaks:
In the pop-up window select the correct sample and input the start and end time points:
This will generate a new peak without a deconvolved spectrum, clicking the 'Compute' button will allow you to set the alternative parameters and preform the deconvolution on the new peak:
