Label Scripts allow the user to load/save custom scripts to label peaks for Deconvolved Mass plots.
To use an existing label script, select the gear icon on the plot and then Edit annotations:
This will open the template editor. Note: Short codes may be used at this point to label the plot using standard fields:
To access the label scripts, select Load and choose from the three existing scripts:
- Intact_MonoMassIfAssigned - Adds the mono mass to assigned masses only
- Intact_MonoMassIfAssignedAndNamed - Adds the mono mass to assigned and named masses
- Intact_MonoMassIfNamed - Adds the mono mass to named masses (even if not assigned)
For example. if Intact_MonoMassIfAssignedAndNamed is loaded, only assigned and named masses will be annotated with the mono mass. However, if a named mass is unassigned it will be removed from the mass plot:
Users can create new scripts based on these templates and save them within the template editor for future use.
