The StopList advanced command can be used to ignore undesired signals before processing. For example, the user may wish to remove intense calibration ions.
The list consists of m/z values used to remove signal from the MS1 data before deconvolution. The example below shows removal of m/z peaks from Agilent tuning mix. UseStopList enables or disables the use of the command. StopList identifies the m/z values of the signals to remove. StopTolerance sets the m/z interval for peak matching.
