Why are some of the letters within rows in the Peptide table black and some blue (Byologic)?

In Byologic, rows with multiple fragmentation spectra that can be assigned to the same peptides are blue. On the other hand, if only one or none (in-silico peptides) of the fragmentation spectra can be assigned to the peptide in this row the letters will all be black.
