The Protein Coverage table displays peptide sequences and corresponding protein coverage. The accompanying display maps the protein sequences of detected peptides to colored lines below each sequence representing colors assigned to different MS samples:
The highlighted residues within the colored bars indicate the presence of peptide modifications at those positions.
There are 2 methods to apply filters to Peptides table in Byos: by using the options dialog, or by using column filters.

Any changes made in this dialog will update the protein coverage view automatically.
When a column filter is applied, via right click or the filter button in the Peptides table, the user has the option to control whether or not the coverage view is updated based on that filter. This is accomplished by the checkbox Apply table filter for coverage in the Protein Coverage settings dialog.
