Usually this is a problem related with customer’s network security blocking access to customer’s PC to our License-Server page (https://license.proteinmetrics.com/).
Please, attempt offline activation again, by doing every related operation with https://license.proteinmetrics.com/ (upload .rqa, .rqr or .rqc or download .bin) outside their current network (cell-phone or another one). In any case, don’t forget to move .bin file file into a local folder to Byos PC. After it, you can Load .bin file from that local folder to Byos.
